Registration

Important:

During the registration process, please make sure that you choose your “membership” correctly to obtain the correct rate. At least one author of each accepted paper must register with the author rate, even if student! Otherwise the standard rate (without any deductions) will apply for you.

The Registration for the CoBCom 2018 is now available. Please pay attention to the note above! If you have any problems during registration, please contact us at cobcom@tugraz.at.

Registration

The used CATS system (online registration) was developed by Cerebra and is hosted by the Graz University of Technology. If required, you can download a registration guide here.

The registration procedures and fees are listed below.

Author registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the Author/Early Registration deadline at the (IEEE) Member or Non-member rate (even if the author is a student) in order to have the paper published in the CoBCom 2018 Proceedings. One author registration is valid for one (1) paper.

Authors of multiple papers: Each additional paper by the same author has to be registered under Additional paper category. One author can register up to 2 additional papers.

Any (co)authors attending the conference should register for the conference according to their status, as described in more detail below. The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant.

The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
