Update from March 22th , 2023
We are very happy and thankful that the MDPI Office supports CoBCom 2022 by offering special rates for papers to be published in the context of a Special Issue on “Optical Communications and RF Technologies in Sensor Networks and Multimedia Applications”.
Authors of high quality papers will be informed to prepare an extended or adapted version for the Special Issue. MDPI is offering support for the best paper (gold award), the second ranked contribution (silver award), a discount for the remaining top 9 and for regular CoBCom contributions (see below).
MDPI will ask CoBCom 2022 participants to submit an extended or adapted version of their CoBCom text to the Special Issue of the MDPI Electronics (ISSN 2079-9292) (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/electronics); details of the Special Issue might be found at https://www.mdpi.com/journal/electronics/special_issues/5388W429L1
Related to the review results in EDAS for our CoBCom 2022 contributions, the MDPI office decided to offer one 100% discount (for the best paper/gold award), three 50% discounts (for the second three silver awards) and a reduction of 30% of the other top 9 papers. For each of the remaining 28 potential CoBCom 2022 contributions, MDPI will offer a 20% discount. If applicable, please mention (in your cover letter) of your submission also that part of the paper was presented at CoBCom 2022. However, completely new and original contributions are welcome as well.
We also hope to see you in Graz at the ConTEL 2023 (see https://www.contel.hr/2023/).
