PAPER SUBMISSION
Papers submitted to CoBCom must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced. Papers may be submitted electronically before submission deadline, via EDAS (http://edas.info). Paper submissions should follow the IEEE double-column format for conferences. A maximum of 8 pages, including all figures and references, are allowed for each paper. Papers in excess of page limits shall not be considered for review or publication. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Program Committee.
Submission of a paper implies that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors must register and attend the conference to present the work.

- Conference proceedings
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
- Author registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the Author/Early Registration deadline at the Member or Non-member rate. For detailed information on registration fees and procedures, see Registration.
- Cost of participation
Expenses associated with the conference participation, including but not limited to the registration fee, travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the author. The conference organizers are unable to provide funding or assistance in that matter.
